These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of SportSweeper.com (“Site”) and any purchases made through the Site. The Site is owned and operated by The F.O.D. Control Corporation (“TFCC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 548 Forest Center Plaza, Garland, TX 75042. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Products & Pricing
All products listed on this Site are manufactured by The F.O.D. Control Corporation in Garland, Texas. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy of product descriptions and pricing, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price.
2. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All payments are processed securely through Authorize.Net. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors. You will be notified if your order is cancelled.
3. Shipping
We offer free shipping to the contiguous United States on all SportSweeper™ products. Products ship factory-direct from our facility in Garland, Texas. Shipping times vary; please contact us for estimated delivery. Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations, please contact us for a shipping quote.
4. Warranty
All SportSweeper™ products are backed by a five (5) year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty covers the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, modification, improper installation, or use inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose. Normal wear from regular use is not covered.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns
We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund at our discretion.
Returned products must be in their original condition, clean, and in the original carry case. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
6. Quotes & Purchase Orders
Quotes generated through our quote builder are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. We accept purchase orders from schools, universities, municipalities, government agencies, and qualifying organizations. Contact us to establish PO terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and software — is the property of The F.O.D. Control Corporation and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. “SportSweeper,” “MagSweeper,” and the SportSweeper logo are trademarks of The F.O.D. Control Corporation. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.
8. Use of the Site
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Site, or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
